IJmuiderslag’s wide, peaceful beach is located just south of the IJmuiden aan Zee beach. On part of the beach it’s possible for dogs to run and play without a lead.

The southern part of this beach is a dog walking area, and because of the expansive beach, this part of the beach is very suitable for various wind and water sports such as kite buggying, sand sailing and off-road car racing. Keep an eye on the zoning.
Two beach pavilions and wind and water sports centres are available year round.
